BREACH OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Theron Generators, LLC has to manually build your generator as per your order that was placed by you. Should you fail to make all agreed payments, you are in direct violation of this agreement and your existing payments become void. Our current timeframe as indicated on this website and Theron Technologies is anywhere from 60 to 120 days or longer depending on multiple factors such as pandemics, supply chain issues, parts ordering, and manufacturing; unless you had a change order or made additional changes to your initial order. That in turn would restart the clock so that we have enough time to custom build your order. Should your invoice amount be altered, all payments are to be made promptly within 3 days from the date of the change order. If you do not make prompt payments, you are in violation of our agreement and will lose/forfeit any deposits you have already made. At that time Theron Generators, LLC will notify you of the breach and violation and terminate our agreement without having to refund you any amount whatsoever. We deem non-payment or failure to make prompt payments as a major violation of any and all of our agreements, orders, and terms and conditions. Please make your payments and make them promptly and when demanded or requested. Please govern yourself accordingly.

LEGALITY OF GOING OFF-GRID – USA ONLY
Even though it is LEGAL to go off-grid in all 50 States in the USA, some States and/or Counties and/or Cities etc. have zoning ordinances. The responsibility is upon you as the buyer of our generators and/or products to find out from your Authority Having Jurisdiction about these laws and/or ordinances and/or electrical and/or building codes. For people outside of the USA, please contact your government officials to enquire about going off-grid.
DELAYS OR CONDITIONS OUT OF OUR CONTROL
You agree by using our website or placing an order with Theron Generators, LLC that we are not responsible for issues that might or may not impact your order and that you will hold Theron Generators blameless. Examples are (but are not limited to) the Covid-19 pandemic, supply chain issues, availability of parts, or discontinuation of parts required by us to build your generator. Other events may cause similar conditions like “acts of God” as described by insurance companies, the Law etc. Additionally, events like this for example can alter the pricing substantially and you agree to pay on demand should additional payments be required for your order(s). You further agree to hold Theron Generators blameless should this occur.
