50 Year Limited Warranty

OEM EXTENDED OPERATIONAL INSURANCE & SERVICE CONTRACT

This kinetic asset is protected under an active, direct-to-OEM operational insurance and service policy, superseding standard passive warranty models. To maintain active coverage and ensure continuous operational support, the client must adhere to the following absolute terms:

• Direct OEM Remittance: All operational insurance premiums—whether structured on a monthly, annual, or 25-year comprehensive basis—are payable exclusively and directly to the OEM (Theron Technologies). Dealerships, distributors, and third-party brokers are strictly prohibited from collecting, holding, or managing policy premiums.

• The 90-Day Storage Limitation: This policy is engineered exclusively for active infrastructure. If the unit is placed into storage or remains uninstalled and non-operational for a period exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of delivery, the insurance policy is permanently voided.

• Mandatory OEM Site Audit: To validate the operational and structural integrity of the installation, the client is required to schedule and complete a mandatory on-site inspection with Theron OEM engineers within ninety (90) days of the unit becoming operational. Failure to execute this mandated audit will result in immediate termination of coverage.

• Zero-Tolerance Premium Default: Continuous coverage requires uninterrupted premium remittance. In the event of a missed scheduled payment, the client is granted a strict thirty (30) day grace period to cure the deficit. If the account is not fully reconciled upon the expiration of this 30-day window, the policy is instantly and irrevocably voided.

1. For the warranty to be valid, the asset must be installed and operational.
2. Consumers may need to submit proof of purchase and other documentation to claim this offer.
3. Prices may vary among dealers.
   The Theron OEM’s reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
4. This offer is valid only for qualifying purchases made in the United States.
5. The location of the installation should be protected from severe elements, heat, direct sunlight, or cold, such as extreme snow or hail.
6. Indoor installations are required for locations like the Arctic, Antarctica, or outer space.

Annual average pricing varies by category and  pricing/location:

• Residential generators: 3% of Initial Purchase Price, per year paid monthly.
• Commercial generators: 3% of Initial Purchase Price, per year, paid monthly.
• Mobile generators: 3% of Initial Purchase Price, per year paid monthly.
• Industrial generators: 3% of Initial Purchase Price, per year paid monthly.
• THERON GENSETS®: 3% of Initial Purchase Price, per year paid monthly.
• ATMAG GENSETS®: 3% of Initial Purchase Price, per year paid monthly.
• EV GENSETS®: 3% of Initial Purchase Price, per year paid monthly.
• DESAL GENSETS®: 3% of Initial Purchase Price, per year paid monthly.

Customers must pay for the warranty a year in advance. The manufacturer Theron Energy has the final say over pricing, due to the value of the customer, location, and/or quantity and price.

Special Note: An Extended warranty of 25 additional years is available upon request and continued payments.
