At Theron Generators we care about your energy production stability, and as such, we offer our customers a few maintenance plans to help expand the life of your generator.

 

Service Plan 1

Monthly field inspections by a trained qualified electrician with tech support from us.

Monthly Inspection checklist:

  • voltage, wattage, and resistance levels
  • bearings (if your unit has bearings).
  • liquids levels (if the unit has liquid)
  • vibration throughout all equipment
  • voltage input and output measurements
  • condition of electrical and electronics devices and circuits
  • inspection certification sticker dated

Cost is based on unit size category:

  • Residential $150/month
  • Commercial $250/month
  • Industrial $450/month
  • Mobile $350/month

Service Plan 2

Quarterly field inspections by a trained qualified electrician with tech support from us.

Quarterly Inspection checklist:

  • voltage, wattage, and resistance levels
  • bearings (if your unit has bearings).
  • liquids levels (if the unit has liquid)
  • vibration throughout all equipment
  • voltage input and output measurements

  • Commercial $95/month
  • Industrial $155/month
  • Mobile $125/month

Service Plan 3

Annual field inspections by a trained qualified electrician with tech support from us.

Annual Inspection checklist:

  • bearings (if your unit has bearings).
  • liquids levels (if the unit has liquid)
  • vibration throughout all equipment
  • voltage input and output measurements
  • condition of electrical and electronics devices and circuits
  • inspection certification sticker dated

  • Residential $25/month
  • Commercial $35/month
  • Industrial $55/month
  • Mobile $45/month

What is covered by your service plan?

  1. The entire generator – all parts.
  2. The labor to service the generator.
  3. The labor to replace a part.
  4. Any part covered by OEM for their warrantee duration.

What is not covered by your service plan?

  1. Environmental factors such as damage from storms or weather.
  2. Human damage or alterations or tampering with equipment.
  3. Damage caused by transportation or relocation of generator.
  4. Any alterations or reverse engineering evidence on equipment.

All service plans are billed monthly. We will place you in our monthly calendar when an electrician will be available and notify you via text or email in writing. To set up the monthly, quarterly, or annual service electrician visitation schedule, please speak to our service department or talk to your salesman.
