Refund and Returns Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

At THERON GENERATORS, we provide highly specialized, patented permanent magnetic energy systems. Every unit is a custom-built, “one-off” order manufactured specifically to your requirements, including:

  • Electrical Specs: Single or Three Phase configurations.

  • Output: Custom Amperage, Voltage, and Hertz (50Hz/60Hz).

  • Housing: Specific unit housing and control configurations.

  • Integration: Custom breakers, outlets, and end-user controls.

2. The “Custom Order” Precedent

Similar to a custom-ordered vehicle or a prepared meal, once your generator has been engineered and fabrication has commenced, the raw materials (including rare-earth elements) are permanently transformed. Because these units are non-fungible and cannot be “restocked” or repurposed for another client, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

3. Statutory 3-Day Cancellation Window

In accordance with Florida law and our Terms and Conditions, customers have three (3) business days from the date of order placement to cancel for a full refund.

4. Post-Window Liability

Once the 3-day grace period expires, “hard orders” for specialized materials are placed with the manufacturer, Theron Energy. At this stage:

  • The order is considered “in production” and cannot be cancelled.

  • The purchaser remains legally liable for the full cost of the order.

  • Unauthorized chargeback’s through credit providers or financing institutions will be contested based on the custom-manufactured nature of the goods.
