5 Year Limited Warranty

Theron Energy provides a redeemable offer when a consumer schedules a free on-site assessment with the Theron Energy Sales Team (not directly with a Theron Generators dealer). To qualify, the consumer must purchase a new, eligible Theron Energy generator from a participating authorized dealer. This purchase must occur within 90 days of contacting Theron Energy to schedule the free on-site assessment. Please note that refurbished products are not included in this offer.

For the warranty to be valid, the generator must be installed and operational.
Consumers may need to submit proof of purchase and other documentation to claim this offer.
Prices may vary among dealers.
Theron Energy reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
This offer is valid only for qualifying purchases made in the United States.
The location of the installation should be protected from severe elements, heat, direct sunlight, or cold, such as extreme snow or hail.
Indoor installations are required for locations like the Arctic or Antarctica, or outer space.

Annual average pricing varies by category and  pricing/location:

• Residential generators: $5,000 per year
• Commercial generators: $10,000 per year
• Mobile generators: $15,000 per year
• Industrial generators: $25,000 per year
• THERON GENSETS®: $50,000 per year
• ATMAG GENSETS®: $100,000 per year
• EV charging stations: $50,000 per year

Customers must pay for the warranty a year in advance. The manufacturer Theron Energy has the final say over pricing, due to the value of the customer, location, and/or quantity and price.

Special Note: An Extended warranty of 5 additional years are available upon request and payment.
